SHIPPING POLICY

Each order is hand picked and shipped within 2-3 business days from Caguas, Puerto Rico. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding all weekends and all holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to your inbox.
All orders are shipped with tracking available. Free standard shipping is applied for U.S. orders over $50.

Black Diamond Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, you have the option to file a claim through USPS.
